Shipping update

As the global community works through the challenges faced by the Covid-19 pandemic, Normont continues to look for solutions to ensure a seamless uninterrupted supply of our gas springs.
 
We have worked hard to maintain lead times; by investing in component  and finished good inventory, as well,  new equipment to increase output. Our mission has not changed; to supply high quality product at the lowest possible cost, in the shortest lead time.
 
With consumer purchasing habits changing from traditional brick & mortal shopping to on-line shopping, delivery and transportation companies have faced exceptional increase in demand.  Because of this, transportation times have increased which has cause delays.
 
Normont is committed to manufacturer, process, and ship every order in a timely manner.  But,  please understand that  the  actual shipping time is out of our control. We are working closely with our logistics partners and know they are doing their best to get every order delivered within the promised time, unfortunately there are delays which are just part of doing business during this unusual time .  Normont asks for your continued support and patience, the product will arrive, it  might take a little longer than we promised.
